Why it is free
We wanted anyone to record privately without signing up or paying first. The recorder and Studio run in your browser. Your files stay on your device. There is no login because the product does not need one.
What a contribution covers
Domain and hosting, documentation, desktop signing and installers, and the time to keep the product working. We do not sell your recordings or run ads. Support is optional and never unlocks features you already have.
Other ways to help
Tell a teammate, link to the docs, or keep using the recorder. Those things matter as much as money while we stay independent.
